From Owner-Dependent to Multi-Location Powerhouse
This clinic successfully transitioned from an owner-dependent model to a multi-location powerhouse by implementing scalable business systems. The work helped them expand their physical footprint while significantly reducing the owner's need to manage daily operations.

Scaled from one location to four — and freed the owner to grow her national brand.
The challenge.
A high-revenue aesthetic clinic running entirely on the owner's shoulders. She was acting as lead injector, manager, and protocol developer while simultaneously trying to launch a satellite location and a training program. No systems, no structure, no strategic support.
What we built together.
- Fractional Management — Abby embedded directly to support the team, drive accountability, and stabilize the core business.
- Recruitment — sourced and placed a full-time Practice Manager plus additional injectors to support growth and reduce owner load.
- Booking discipline — introduced a $250 deposit booking system to control availability and redirect demand to other injectors.
- Training facility launch — opened an internal training arm to develop providers and generate a new revenue stream.
- Multi-site expansion — opened three additional clinic locations using a structured New Site Opening framework while maintaining flagship stability.
- Role redesign — transitioned the front desk Patient Coordinator into a revenue-generating Aesthetician role; cross-trained the PMU Artist as a Medical Assistant; built a Makeup Department for special events.
- Wellness integration — introduced wellness services to expand offerings and elevate the patient experience.
The results.
She came as an exhausted operator. She left as a national authority — selectively taking clients, growing her brand, and running a four-location enterprise with a leadership team that runs itself.
