Remote Talent: virtual assistants, placed and launched.

The evolution of our virtual assistant program. Remote Talent recruits qualified candidates, matches them to your operation, and remains actively involved through the first ninety days — training, coaching, payroll and workflow implementation — so your VA is embedded and productive before the handoff.

Phase i · Recruitment & Placement

Discovery, sourcing, screening and interviews. Qualified candidates are vetted, presented and coordinated through hiring and initial onboarding.

Phase ii · The Launch Program

Structured training, workflow implementation, coaching and payroll management over ninety days, so the client can manage the VA independently by day ninety.
